The phrases, themes, and rhythms of the songs on this CD were directly influenced by this powerful, life-changing journey. Out of the Blue was first released in 1977 and this re-mastered version features. Blending rock melody with classical overtones, they created a unique sound and gained recognition as masters of the four-minute pop format. Weezer formed in Los Angeles in 1992, and initially struggled to engage audiences, who were more interested in grunge. Lives were changed, atmospheres were shifted, and new songs were born. Pop magicians Electric Light Orchestra, headed up by Jeff Lynne, were one of the most successful British bands of the 1970s. Weezer (commonly known as the Blue Album) is the debut studio album by American rock band Weezer, released on May 10, 1994, by DGC Records.It was produced by Ric Ocasek. Starting in Charleston, SC and finishing in Kansas City, MO, the goal of this journey was to honor the sounds that had been released in these regions and to bless the bloodlines and family trees that had been affected by this powerful genre of music. The songs on this CD were birthed out of a journey – in 2015, a team of minstrels and psalmists traveled throughout the United States to several cities and regions that had acted as seedbeds for the development of blues music.
